Job Overview: 

We are hiring a Sewing Production Manager to lead and oversee the sewing operations, ensuring high productivity and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in garment manufacturing, team management, and process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce production delays. 

Key Responsibilities: 

✅ Manage and oversee the entire sewing production process to meet quality and efficiency targets. 
✅ Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery. 
✅ Monitor workforce performance and provide training to enhance skills. 
✅ Collaborate with design, cutting, and finishing teams for a smooth production process. 
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and labor laws. 
✅ Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process. 
✅ Track daily production reports and optimize workflow for efficiency. 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 

✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in garment sewing production management. 
✔️ Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, machinery, and quality control. 
✔️ Ability to lead, train, and motivate production teams. 
✔️ Experience in efficiency improvement and cost reduction strategies. 
✔️ Proficiency in production planning and process optimization.
