Laxmipati Apparels, a renowned name in the textile and apparel industry, is looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join their growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling product development, order execution, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with buyers and internal teams for product sampling and approvals.
- Manage production follow-ups and ensure timely shipment of orders.
- Work closely with the design and production departments to meet quality and delivery standards.
- Maintain order tracking sheets and ensure smooth workflow from sampling to dispatch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Handle costing, pricing, and negotiation with buyers/vendors as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Fashion, Textiles, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the apparel or textile industry.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
